摘要
目的:利用酸灌注的方法制备兔实验性食管炎模型.方法:将胃管插入家兔食管至食管下端括约肌(LES)上方约5cm处,灌注0.1mol/LHCl(1mL/min,30min/d),连续灌注4d,同时于灌注前及灌注后测定食管下端括约肌(LES)的压力.结果:酸灌注后的食管病理改变明显,光镜下可见食管下段粘膜基底细胞层明显增生,固有层中性粒细胞浸润.电子显微镜下可见细胞间隙增加,平滑肌细胞内线粒体肿大,嵴溶解.灌注前后LES的压力分别为(1.400±0.136)kPa和(0.707±0.115)kPa.结论:连续酸灌注的方法可以制备兔实验性食管炎模型,同时使LES的压力明显下降.
AIM: To establish the experimental esophagitismodel in rabbits with acid perfusions. METHODS:By 30 minperfusions of 0. 1 mol/L HCl 5 cm above the LES for fourconsecutive days,the model was established. The LES pressure was measured before and after each perfusion. RESULTS: Significant inflammatory changes were observed under the light microscope and electronic microscope after theacid perfusions, LES pressure is (1. 400± 0. 136) kPa beforeand (0. 707 ±0. 115 ) kPa after the perfusions. CONCLUSION: Using acid perfusions for four consecutive days, experimental esophagitis model could be established in rabbits,and LES pressure drops significantly.
