摘要
目的探讨多元化“学导式”教学法在护理本科生《老年护理学》教学中的作用。方法在优化教学手段的基础上.基于“学导式”的教学理念设计并实施了案例讨论、网络论坛、学生(小教师)讲课、青年志愿服务等教学方法。结果学生通过理论联系实践、课堂鲒合网络的多元化课程学习,激发了学习兴趣,养成了关爱老人的态度,深入了解了老年人的身心变化和照护需求,增强了自主学习、合作、交流及老年护理实践能力。结论多元化“学导式”教学法有助于提高教学效果.提升学生的老年护理综合职业素养。
Objective To discuss the effect of diversified "learning and guiding" method on the teaching of Geriatric Nursing among nursing undergraduates. Methods Based on optimizing teaching means,we implemented diversified teaching methods such as case discussion,cyber forum,student-made lectures,and youth voluntary services according to the teaching idea of "learning and guiding". Results Through putting theory into practice and multimedia course study,the students stimulated learning enthusiasm,cultivated the attitude to taking care of the elderly,understood emotional changes and nursing demands of the elderly, and enhanced capacities of self-study, collaboration, communication, and elder nursing practice. Conclusion Diversified "learning and guiding" method can improve teaching effect and cultivate the students' career capacities in elder nursing.
