摘要
本文对我院医用耗材的采购与库存管理进行了详细阐述。指出集中采购、科学管理仓储物品;分析、评价、调整各项管理指标是保证耗材质量、降低库存量、控制成本、提高医院管理效益的有效办法。
This paper expounds on the purchase and inventory management of medical consumables in our hospital.It is pointed out that centralized purchasing,the reasonable management of inventory materials,analyzing,evaluating and adjusting of various management indicators are effective methods of product quality assurance,reducing inventory losses and monitoring costs.
