摘要
通过体外蘑菇酪氨酸酶活性的检测,研究了人参皂苷Rb1对体外蘑菇酪氨酸酶的影响;通过细胞增殖率的测定,研究了人参皂苷Rb1对B16黑色素细胞增殖的影响。结果表明:不同浓度Rb1样品对于体外蘑菇酪氨酸酶的抑制率明显低于熊果苷(P>0.1),抑制率均在±5%,说明人参皂苷Rb1对于体外蘑菇酪氨酸酶活性没有明显作用;人参皂苷Rb1对B16黑色素细胞增殖的影响随着浓度的变化而变化,当Rb1质量浓度<125μg/mL时对B16黑色素细胞增殖有促进作用,>125μg/mL时对B16黑色素细胞增殖有抑制作用。
The effect of ginsenoside Rbl on mushroom tyrosinase in vitro was studied through the testing of mushroom tyrosinase activity in vitro, and the effect of ginsenoside Rb1 on B16 Melanoma cells was studied through the determination of cell proliferation rate. The results show that the inhibition rate of samples for different concentrations of Rb1 to mushroom tyrosinase in vitro is significantly lower than arbutin ( P 〉 0.1 ), and the inhibition rate is between ± 5 %, indicating that ginsenoside Rb1 has no apparent effect on mushroom tyrosinase activity in vitro. The effect of ginsenoside Rbl on proliferation of B16 melanoma cells varies with the concentration. When it is 〈 125 μg/mL, it has promotion effect on B16 cell proliferation. When the concentration is 〉 125 μg/mL, it has inhibition effect on B16 cell proliferation.
