摘要
在研究比较各类脱硫工艺的基础上,针对东北地区火电厂燃煤含硫的实际情况,以实现二氧化硫和粉尘排放的全面达标为目标,以炉内喷钙和文丘里湿式除尘器改造为技术核心,提出并论证了简易脱硫除尘一体化技术方案。针对赤峰热电厂6号炉完成了可行性研究和初步设计,为该方案今后的推广应用积累了经验。
Based upon the study and comparison of various desulfurization process, in light of the actual status of Northeast Power Network with overall coming up to standard of SO 2 and fly ash emissions as target, and with furnace calcium injection and retrofit of Venturi scrubber as technical kernel, the integrated technical scheme of simplified desulfurization dedusting is put forward and discussed. In accordance with No. 6 boiler of Chifeng Cogeneration Power Plant, the feasibility study and conceptual design have been completed, accumulating experiences for spreading this scheme in the coming years.
