摘要
本文提出了以6-Br-BTAQ 分光光度测定铁的新方法.在非离子表面活性剂吐温-80存在下,铁与6-Br-BTAQ 于 pH 2.2~4.4时反应,形成红紫色络合物.其最大吸收波长为595nm,表观摩尔吸收系数为2.5×10~4.络合物的组成为 Fe∶R=1∶5.0~20μg/25ml 的铁服从比尔定律.方法应用于实际样品,结果令人满意.
A new method for the spectrophotometric determination of iron with 6-Br-BTAQ has been developed.In the presence of nonionic surfactant Tween-80,iron reacts with 6-Br- BTAQ at pH 2.2~4.4,forming a reddish violet complex.The complex exhibits maxi- mum absorption at 595 nm,with a apparent molar absorption coefficient of 2.5×10~4. The composition of the complex has been established as Fe:R=1:5.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~20 μg of iron in 25 ml of solution.This method has been ap- plied to practical samples and the results obtained are satisfactory.
