污水厂污泥流化床焚烧炉处置工艺初探 被引量:7

摘要 该文以采用流化床焚烧工艺的污水厂为例,介绍了该设备的主要结构及其优点,列举了影响处理效果的实际运行工艺参数,包括烟道气氧含量、炉膛温度、炉膛压力和流化风机流量与压力,并通过数据展示焚烧后污泥处理效果,分析了污泥焚烧工艺的优势、目前存在的问题和发展前景。 The main structure and advantages of fluidized bed incinerator are introduced through an example of a plant which uses the fluidized bed incinerator. The parameter of treatment effect such as flue-gas oxygen contents, furnace temperature, furnace pres- sure, fluidized wind-flow and fluidized pressure is also introduced. The treatment effect is indicated by the experimental data. The advantages of sludge incineration are analyzed, and some existing problems and prospect of sludge incineration technology are put forward at last.
