摘要
提出了一种基于支路耗散功率分量的无功定价新方法。将具有无功调节能力的设备视为无功源,将对无功源有依赖作用的负荷(包括有功负荷和无功负荷)和发电机(有功出力)视为用户(或消费者)。基于电网的稳态潮流解或状态估计解,将各无功源输出的感/容性无功功率用等值并联电纳(简称"费用电纳")替代,将各用户的功率用等值节点注入电流替代,然后运用支路耗散功率分量理论求各用户在费用电纳上产生的耗散无功分量及其对应的无功费用。总加所有费用电纳上某用户有功功率(无功功率)对应的无功费用,并求单位无功费用,即得该用户消费单位有功功率(无功功率)的无功电价。这种方法不仅适用于任意结构和有环流的电网,而且在计及有功功率和无功功率耦合影响的同时还确保收支平衡。数字仿真结果验证了所述方法的有效性。
A reactive power support pricing method based on branch’s dissipation power components is presented. Firstly, the equipments with reactive power regulating capability are treated as reactive power sources, and the loads (both real and reactive) and generators (real power) which rely on the reactive power sources are treated as the consumers. Each of reactive power sources for reactive power support is modeled as a shunt susceptance called "cost susceptance", and each of reactive consumers is modeled as an equivalent nodal injection current source based on the steady power flow or state estimation results. Finally, both reactive power fractions and corresponding reactive power support cost induced by reactive power consumers on cost susceptance are determined based on the algorithm of dissipation power components. The corresponding reactive power costs induced by a consumer’active power(reactive power) on all cost susceptance are summed up, and the unit reactive power support cost is calculated to get the reactive power support price of reactive consumers. Comparing with the existing methods, the proposed method has the following properties: it covers the total system cost of reactive power supporting; it is applicable for any transmission systems of looped configurations; it does not need any assumption or simplification; and it considers the interaction between active and reactive powers. Simulation results show that the proposed method is effective.
