摘要
本文通过邮件调研国外40家及国内5家大学图书馆学术交流与机构库岗位的设置情况,从岗位数量、岗位类型、岗位设置历史、岗位的职责、岗位发展模式等方面分析学术交流与机构库岗位的设置特点,并为我国大学图书馆设置学术交流岗位及机构库岗位提供相关参考建议。
Based on e-mail investigation,the paper makes a thorough study on scholarly communication and institutional repository positions in 40 foreign and 5 chinese academic libraries,then analyzes the characteristics of position setting of scholarly communication and institutional repository.The author hopes the study can be useful to such position setting in Chinese academic libraries.
