摘要
用不同质量浓度的臭氧水对Botrytis cinerea、Fulvia fulva以及Alternaria cucumerina进行处理,拟寻找最适杀菌质量浓度。将0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5 mg/L的臭氧水分别滴在培养有B.cinerea、F.fulva、A.cucumerina的PDA培养基上,在28℃恒温下培养3 d,各处理与对照相比,菌落直径均得到了抑制,质量浓度为2.5 mg/L的臭氧水对菌落的生长抑制作用最佳;将0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5 mg/L的臭氧水分别滴在培养有B.cinerea、F.fulva、A.cucumerina的液体PDA培养基中,在28℃恒温下培养3 d,然后将菌丝烘干至质量恒定后称量,发现菌丝得到了抑制,质量浓度为2.5 mg/L的臭氧水对菌丝的生长抑制作用最佳。从而得到对B.cinerea、F.fulva以及A.cucumerina的最适臭氧水杀菌质量浓度为2.5 mg/L。
Botrytis cinerea,Fulvia fulva and Alternaria cucumerina were treated with the different concentrations of ozonated water and to seek the most suitable sterilization concentration.Ozonated water with the concentration of 0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,and 2.5 mg/L was droped separately on the PDA culture medium and in the liquid PDA culture medium of B.cinerea,F.fulva,and A.cucumerina,and raised for three days under the constant temperature of 28℃.The results showed that,compared with the control(without the supplement of water),the colony diameters on the PDA culture medium has restrained,the concentration of 2.5 mg/L ozonated water supplement was the best inhibitory action to the colony growth;the dried hypha mass in the liquid PDA culture medium was restrained,the best inhibition effect on hypha growth was detected in the concentration of 2.5 mg/L.In summary,the most suitable sterilization concentration of ozonated water was 2.5 mg/L for B.cinerea,F.fulva and A.cucumerina.
