中华羽苔挥发油化学成分研究

Study of Chemical Compositions of Volatile Oil from Plagiochila chinensis

摘要 目的:对中华羽苔挥发油的化学成分进行研究。方法:水蒸气蒸馏法提取中华羽苔挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术分离各成分并鉴定其结构,用峰面积归一化法经工作站数据处理得出各化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量。结果:从中华羽苔挥发油中分离检测出73个组分,鉴定出其中43个化合物,占挥发油总组分的80.92%。其主要成分为分药花醇(27.20%),其次是β-桉油醇(6.02%)、(+)-匙叶桉油烯醇(5.54%)和9,10-脱二氢异构长叶烯(5.08%)。结论:本研究结果可为中华羽苔的进一步开发利用提供依据。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical compositions of volatile oil from Plagiochila chinensis for the first time. METHODS: The volatile oil was extracted from P. chinensis by steam distillation method. GC-MS was applied to isolate the constituents and to identify their structures. Peak area normalization method was used to determine comparative content of chemical components of volatile oil. RESULTS: 73 constituents were isolated and detected, and 43 of them were identified and accounted for 80.92% of components of volatile oil. Main components was abortanol(27.20% ),followed by 13-eudesmol(6,02%), (+)-spathulenol (5.54 % ) and 9, 10-dehydro-isolongifolene (5.08 % ). CONCLUSION : The study provides basis for the further utilization of P. chinensis.
