核黄素光化学法杀灭血浆中细菌的实验研究 被引量:5

STUDY ON THE BACTERICIDAL EFFECT OF RIBOFLAVIN PHOTOCHEMICAL TREATMENT IN PLASMA

摘要 目的研究核黄素光化学法对血浆中细菌的杀灭效果。方法采用模拟试验方法,对核黄素与紫外线协同杀灭血浆中细菌的效果进行观察。结果血浆中加入300μmol/L核黄素单独作用,几乎无杀菌作用。单独紫外线照射对血浆中细菌杀灭所需时间较长。在血浆中加入300μmol/L核黄素经辐射强度1 920μW/cm2的紫外光照射10 min,对血浆中大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率均达100%。结论核黄素与紫外线协同作用对血浆中大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有较好杀灭效果。 Objective To study the bactericidal effect of riboflavin photochemical treatment in Plasma.Methods Mock-up test was carried out to observe the synergistic bactericidal effect in plasma between riboflavin and ultraviolet light.Results Adding 300 μmol/L riboflavin alone almost had no bactericidal effect in plasm.Irradiating by ultraviolet ray alone also need a long time to kill bacteria in plasm.The killing rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus expose to 300 μmol/L riboflavin and 1920 μW/cm2 UV light radiation together for 10 min achieved 100%.Conclusion Synergism of riboflavin photochemical treatment and ultraviolet ray irradiation can significantly inactivate Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in plasma.
