摘要
探讨了在发展图书馆文化产业的过程中,如何保持图书馆公益性的问题。指出,在图书馆文化产业的兴办中,应当自始至终坚持图书馆事业的公益性。对于一些与图书馆主要业务关系不大的文化产业,应该尽早清理。对于新兴的以有偿提供数字化文献的服务,在现阶段有合理性,但长期来看,仍然应该以免费的服务方式来保证图书馆事业的公益性。
The problem of library public welfare derived from the development of library cultural industry is discussed.It is necessary to retain library public welfare consistently when we set up library cultural industry,and to abolish cultural business which is not related to the main library business.As to the newly emerging digital literature service that user have to pay,it should be free in the future to keep its public welfare of the library.
