摘要
当前,我国科研环境发生变化,高等院校凭借一支结构合理、人才集中且新生力量不断的科研团队逐渐成为了国家科技进步和创新中的重要组成部分。不少地方高校纷纷效仿并组建科研团队,但实质性的科研团队或优秀团队并未形成。针对现状,将管理伦理运用到现代管理科学中,具有深远意义。在实际的运作中,以正确的伦理道德作指导,并强调以价值观为中心、以目标为导向、以激励为手段实施管理,激发团队成员的潜在科研能力,充分发挥其主观能动性,从而高效地完成团队目标。
Nowadays,by an academic team of equitable structured,knowledge collected and full of new energy,colleges are becoming an important part of national science progress and creation with the great chances in the academic environment.Although some of local colleges have built academic group,there are not good academic groups in it.It becomes an important thing that uses managerial ethics throughout modern management science.For practice use,good academic teams must depend on good guidance of true moral principles,strong stimulation of the talented academic power of member of the group and a full play of subjective activity and so on.
