摘要
目的 测定全麻病人接受术前用药后异丙酚的诱导剂量。方法 选择择期手术病人90例,随机分为6个异丙酚剂量组,每组15例。诱导前30 分钟给予哌替啶50m g,阿托品05m g,诱导前用药为氟哌啶醇1m g,芬太尼1μg/kg。将唤之不能睁眼作为麻醉的最终效应点。得出剂量效应回归曲线。结果 异丙酚的ED50 和ED90 分别为067m g/kg(0.59~0.76m g/kg)和1.11m g/kg(0.98~1.25m g/kg)。结论 应用术前药后,异丙酚的诱导用药剂量为134m g/kg(1.18~1.52m g/kg)
Objective To determine the dose of propofol for induction of anesthesia in premedicated adult patient.Methods Ninety patients with ASA grade Ⅰ Ⅱ,for elective surgery,were randomly divided into six groups by the predetermined dose of propofol(n=15,each group).Induction started after approximately 30 min premedication with intramuscula pethidine 50mg,atropine 0.5mg,haloperidol and fentanly were injected intravenously first,5min later propofol was administered.The abolition of the ability to open eyes on command was used as an end point of anesthesia.The dose response curve was determined with probit analysis.Results The ED 50 and ED 90 of propofol for induction with premedication were 0.67mg/kg (0.59 0.76mg/kg) and 1.11mg/kg(0.98 1.25mg/kg).Conclusion After administration of premedication and preinduction agents,the proper dose of propofol for induction anesthesia is 1 34mg/kg(1.18 1.52mg/kg).
