化橘红有效成分柚皮苷的提取分离 被引量:7

摘要 研究了以产自广东化州市3个不同产区的化橘红为原料,用HPLC方法分析其有效成分柚皮苷含量,并研究了化橘红柚皮苷重结晶纯化工艺。结果表明,同产于化州不同产区的化橘红其有效成分含量也有区别:化州宝山产化橘红柚皮苷含量最高(109.95μg/mL),平定产其次(105.36μg/mL),河西区产最低(87.71μg/mL);化橘红柚皮苷重结晶纯化最佳条件为以50%乙醇作为结晶溶剂,在pH值等于4.0时,于5°C下结晶12 h。 Naringin is the effective compound of Exocarpium Citri Grandis(ECG).The naringin contents of Huazhou ECG from three different areas,Baoshan,Pingding,and Hexi,in Huazhou,were analyzed through HPLC,and the purification technology of re-crystallization were investigated.The results showed that naringin content of ECG from Baoshan was the highest,109.91μg/mL,followed by that from Pingding,105.36 μg/mL,and that from Hexi was the lowest,87.71 μg/mL.The optimal conditions for re-crystallization of naringin in ECG were as follows: 50% ethanol,pH4.0,5 °C,crystallizing for 12 h.
