摘要
中药复杂成分体系的科学阐述是中药现代化研究中的重中之重和难点所在。高速逆流色谱是最近20多年发展起来的新型液-液分配技术,是解决中药及天然产物中化学成分方面的一项新兴的关键技术。简要介绍高速逆流色谱在中药现代化研究中如成分分离(单体分离、系统成分分离、标准品或对照品制备等)、质量控制、药物筛选以及中药复方的研究进展。
Scientific explanation of complex compounds of Chinese medicine is the first priority and a major difficult problem in modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. As a new liquid-liquid distributing technology developed within the past two decades, high speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) has been proved a key technology to study complex compounds in traditional Chinese medicine and natural products. This paper reviews the application of HSCCC in some fields of traditional Chinese medicine such as compound separation (separation of single compound, systematic separation, and preparation of standard samples), quality control, drug screening and study on Chinese compound prescriptions.
