摘要
介绍了Cypress公司的图像传感器IBIS5-B-1300,在分析其特性和工作原理的基础上,选用Xilinx公司的Spartan3系列FPGA芯片XC3S50,完成了对IBIS5-B-1300的驱动时序设计。通过对IBIS5-B-1300及FPGA外围电路的设计,以及传输模块和电源变换模块的设计完成对整个焦面电路的设计。实验结果表明,所设计的焦面电路满足相机的成像要求。
The Cypress CMOS Image Sensor IBIS5-B-1300 was described,and its performance and working principle were analysed.The Spartan3 FPGA chip XC3S50 of Xilinx was chosen to design the driver timing of IBIS5-B-1300.Peripheral circuits of IBIS5-B-1300 and FPGA were designed,as well as transport module and voltage transformation module.The above four module constitute the FPA circuit.Experiments show that the designed FPA circuit was suitable for the imaging system.
