摘要
本文设计了不含氮酮(azone)和含不同浓度氮酮的3种O/W型软膏基质并制备了乙氧苯柳胺软膏。体外溶出实验结果表明,各软膏中药物的溶出均符合单指数模型。不含氮酮软膏的溶出速度明显大于含氮酮软膏(P<O.01)。耐寒,耐热及稳定性加速实验结果指出,3种类型软膏的稳定性类似,预测在室温下可保存2年。
In this study 3 kinds of o/w ointments of etofesalamide with or without azonewere prepared and comparison made among them in dissolusion rate and stability at40℃ RH 75% in 3 months. Results showed that the dissolution rate of the ointmentwithout azone was greater than those of the ointments with azone (P<0.01) and thestabilities of the 3 ointments were similar and prediction of stability was made thatmight be kept for 2 years at room temperature
