Role of histone modification in the pathogenesis of diabetes

摘要 组蛋白修饰是表观遗传学的一个重要内容,在基因表达调控中发挥至关重要的作用。最新研究表明组蛋白修饰直接或间接参与糖尿病的发病,深入研究糖尿病组蛋白修饰情况,将为糖尿病的治疗或干预带来全新的方法。 Histone modification is a very important part of epigenetics with a vital role in gene regulation.Recent studies have demonstrated that histone modification directly or indirectly contributes to the pathogenesis of diabetes,suggesting the potential role and therapeutic promise of histone modification in diabetes.
