摘要
熊胆经8%NaOH水解,用硅胶G-CMC薄层板,以氯仿-丙酮-甲醇(70∶30∶8)展开,薄层扫描绘制层析谱。其谱图有熊胆特有成分熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)峰,具有特征性。此法鉴定熊胆的真伪与优劣,比较客观,准确。
The sample of beal gall was dissolved by NaOH 8% and was developedon silica gel-G thin layer plate with CHCL_3Me_2CO-MeOH as mobile. A chro-matogram was obtained by TLC scanning. The TLC spectrum characteristicof bear gall, which reflects its components(UDCA and CDCA)revealed trulythe composition of bear gall. It may serve as an objective means to distin-guish the genuine from the fake, the superior from the inferior.
