双膦酸盐对抗骨质疏松的研究进展 被引量:7

The research development of bisphosphonates in the treatment of osteoporosis

摘要 双膦酸盐是目前治疗骨质疏松的有效药物,能导致破骨细胞凋亡,从而使骨密度增加。本文对双膦酸盐的结构特点,抗骨质疏松作用的细胞学机制,在临床上的应用以及近年来国内外对双膦酸盐抗骨质疏松方面的研究状况做一综述,为今后的研究提供参考。 Currently bisphosphonates are effective drugs in the treatment of osteoporosis. They can lead osteoclasts to apoptosis. Thus, the mineralization of bone is increased. The article summarizes the structure of the bisphosphonates, the interaction mechanisms in the cells, the present research situation of antiosteoporosis at home and abroad, and at the same time generalizes interaction mechanisms ofbisphosphonates as antiosteoporosis drugs. It provides some references for the future research.
