摘要
存在于外周血与子宫内膜层面的自然杀伤细胞(NK细胞)在妊娠免疫机制里面起着重要的调节作用,与复发性自然流产(RSA)中母胎免疫免疫紊乱机制相关。母胎界面存在各种不同的结构,促使其上不同功能的NK细胞亚群直接作用于滋养细胞。RSA妇女妊娠前后NK细胞数量和/或活性的变化一直是临床研究的热点。本文对NK细胞功能和导致RSA的可能机制进行回顾和综述,总结目前已获得的对外周血NK细胞和子宫NK细胞的研究进展,以及针对NK细胞紊乱的免疫治疗,探讨RSA的免疫学机制以及今后可行的治疗方向。
The natural killer (NK) cells in peripheral blood and endometrial layers have been associated with the maintenance of pregnancy immunological intolerance. And the regulation roles of NK cells are reviewed in relation to maternal-fetal interface immune dysfunction in recurrent spontaneous abortions (RSA). The placenta has a complex anatomical structure and different subsets of NK cells with various function can directly interact with trophoblasts. The alterations in NK cell numbers and/or activity in women with RSA before and after conception are a critical clinical concern. We have reviewed articles about NK cells subpopulations (including peripheral blood NK cells and uterine NK cells) and their functions,putative mechanism of NK cells in RSA,and immuno-therapy treated with abnormal NK cell activity status. Further studies are needed to explore the underlying mechanism of NK cells in RSA and possible immunological treatment strategy.
