摘要
为了使激光视觉传感能够适应弧焊焊接恶劣的环境,文中采用了抗强弧光干扰的硬件和软件措施,成功获取信噪比高的焊缝图像。文中详细分析了焊缝图像的干扰因素;在硬件措施方面,重点阐述了传感器内部布局方案、激光器及滤光片波长的选取和摄像机快门速度的选取;在软件措施方面,分析了飞溅和激光条纹在图像上表征不同的特点,据此采用时序相邻的两幅图像进行图像合成的方法去除大部分飞溅噪声干扰;对于残留的飞溅噪声,采用灰度形态学滤波方法来滤除。实践证明,所设计的硬件和软件措施是行之有效的。
To adapt laser vision sensing to severe condition of arc welding, some hardware measures and software measures was proposed to prevent the interference of strong arc light and a high SNR image was acquired successfully. Firstly, it analyses the interference factors in a seam image were analyzed in detail. Secondly, the inside layout of sensor and selections of laser wavelength, light filter and shutter speed of CCD camera were expounded emphatically. Lastly, the differences between spatter and laser stripe in the image were analyzed, most of spatters were removed in images by image synthesis and the residual noises of spatter were removed in images by gray morphology in the software measures. Results show that the designed measures are effective.
