摘要
非同心旋转圆柱之间流体的流动可视为非同心旋转圆柱之间的流动加上扰动项。文章针对浮环轴承双层油膜,利用张量分析工具,在修正双极坐标系下,研究了长浮环轴承非同心旋转的内、外层油膜的基本流所满足的Navier-Stokes方程,表明内、外层油膜流场基本流可分别表示为轴颈和浮环、浮环和定子同心旋转圆柱流体加上关于偏心率ε的扰动项;推导了该旋转流体基本流的级数近似解,并给出了数值算例。结果表明,对复杂的浮环轴承基本流的研究,只需知道某时刻浮环的偏心位置、轴颈和浮环的旋转角转速,即可应用文中方法,确定该时刻轴承内、外膜的基本流。
Aim.Starting from what has been done in Refs.3 and 4,we explore further.Section 1 of the full paper briefs the necessary mathematics.Section 2 presents the theoretical results of our further exploration,which are mainly in subsections 2.2 and 2.3.In subsection 2.2,eq.(15) is an improvement and eq.(16) is new.In subsection 2.3,eq.(18) is an improvement.Section 3 gives a numerical example,whose calculated results are presented in Figs.3 through 6;these results show preliminarily that our improved method can give relatively high precision.
