摘要
中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,并维持着社会和谐与稳定。在席卷全球的金融危机冲击下,我国中小企业处境艰难,劳动关系面临诸多挑战。文章以劳动关系的内涵为基础,分析了金融危机背景下我国中小企业劳动关系面临的挑战。形势的发展迫切需要中小企业、劳动者、政府、工会等各方共同努力,构建和谐劳动关系,从而促进企业的发展壮大,维护社会的和谐稳定,保持国民经济的健康发展,顺利度过经济危机。
