摘要
本文讨论了一种伺服控制转台系统的设计和实现。提出系统的设计指标,给出伺服驱动系统的结构与设计,并讨论了伺服算法及实现。实验结果表明,该转台系统具有优良的控制精度,优于设计指标,转台定位精度达到3×10^(-3)度,满足了光谱分析应用系统的需要,并可推广应用于其他具有高精度要求的位置控制系统。
This paper presents the design and realization of a high accuracy servo control platform. The design specifications are determined according to the applied system requirement and the principle of grating dispersion. The servo control scheme and the design of servo driven system are analyzed. The experimental results show that this system has high control accuracy excelling the requirement. This system has been developed for a computer based spectrum analyzer successfully. It can have application in other similar system too.
