Research progress on carcinogenicity of nickel and its compounds

摘要 镍作为地壳中含量最丰富的元素之一,广泛存在于人类的生产和生活之中。自南威尔士Clydach地区首次报道镍工肺癌高发以来,镍及其化合物的致癌性引起了人们的关注,并得到了深入研究。本文对近年来镍及其化合物致癌性的流行病学与毒理学证据进行了综述,以期对镍及其化合物致癌性进行更全面的评价。 Nickel,as one of the most abundant elements in earth's crust,is widely distributed in environment and used in industrial production,therefore extensively permeates to human daily life.Since the elevated lung cancer incidence among the nickel-refinery workers in Clydach,South Wales was reported,the carcinogenicity associated with the exposure of nickel and its compounds greatly interested public attention and the study has been done deeply and deeply.In this paper,the recent epidemiological and toxicological evidences about the carcinogenicity of nickel and its compounds exposure were reviewed for offering more comprehensive assessment on it.
