摘要
目的观察肺炎合剂对肺纤维化大鼠病理学组织形态、胶原纤维的影响。方法将动物分成假手术组、模型组、氢化可地松组和肺炎合剂低、中、高剂量组6组,采用博莱霉素A5造模,于第7天和第28天行常规病理形态观察和苦味酸天狼猩红-偏光法检测Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原纤维变化。结果肺炎合剂能抑制博莱霉素A5造成的肺泡炎、肺纤维化的病变程度,抑制Ⅰ型胶原的增加,对抗Ⅲ/Ⅰ型胶原比例下降。结论肺炎合剂通过抑制肺泡炎的发展、抑制胶原纤维的沉积,特别是维持胶原沉积与降解动态平衡而抑制纤维化的发展。
Objective To observe the effect of Pneumonia Mixture in pathological morphology and collagen fibers in pulmonary fibrosis rats.Method The rats were divided into sham operation group,model group,hydrocortisone group and Pneumonia Mixture low/middle/high dose groups.On the 7th and 28th day after modeling with bleomycin A5,the rats were sacrificed for pathological morphology observation and for collagen I,III changes by Picric-Sirius Red Polarimetry.Results Pneumonia Mixture could inhibit pathological change degree of alveolitis and pulmonary fibrosis caused by bleomycin A5,reduce increase of collagen I,and maintain the proportion of III/I collagens.Conclusion Pneumonia Mixture could inhibit development of fibrosis through inhibiting development of alveolitis,deposition of collagen fibers,especially by retaining the dynamic equilibrium between collagen deposition and degradation.
