摘要
目的筛选并优化五味子醇溶性有效成分的提取工艺。方法采用正交设计,以提取物中五味子乙素含量及浸出物得率为指标,用综合评分法进行数据处理,优化提取工艺条件。结果五味子优化的提取工艺为6倍量85%乙醇提取3次,每次2h。结论优化得到的提取工艺条件合理,稳定,可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of alcohol-soluble effective components from Schisandra chiesis (Turcz.) Baill. Methods The extraction condition was optimized by orthogonal design and multiple guidelines grading method on the basis of contents of γ-schizandrin and extraction ratio. Results The optimized extraction technology for Schisandra chiesis (Turcz.) Baill was 3 times successive reflux extraction with sixfold volume of 85% alcohol. Conclusion The optimized process is rational,stable and feasible.
