摘要
目的探讨苦参凝胶的体外释放度,并建立其体外释放度的测定方法。方法采用体外溶出度实验法和高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,以苦参碱为指标,考察苦参碱栓和苦参凝胶中苦参碱的累积溶出度。结果苦参凝胶在30min时释药累积溶出量可达27%,能持续>12h释药,释放过程以对数正态分布模型拟合最佳。结论该方法操作简便,可用于苦参凝胶体外释药的研究。
Objective To study in vitro release rate of sophora vaginal gel,and establish the determination method for it. Methods With matrine as the standard,the in vitro release test and HPLC method were applied to determine the accumulated dissolution rate of matrine in sophora vaginal gel and matrine suppositories. Results The accumulated dissolution rate of the sophora vaginal gel was over 27% at 30 min,matrine could be sustained release over 12 h and showed the optimal process fiting log-normal distribution equation. Conclusion The method is simple and suitable for determination of sophora vaginal gel in vitro release.
