摘要
运用多元逐步回归方法对消费者资源节约行为的主要影响因素进行研究。结果表明,人口统计因素和心理意识因素对资源节约行为都存在显著影响;并且心理意识因素对资源节约行为的影响效应更大,而人口统计因素只有微弱的解释能力。进而对资源节约行为的三个维度(购买行为、使用行为和处理行为)以上结论仍成立。购买行为对购买后的使用行为和处理行为也存在显著影响。普及消费者的资源环境知识、增强消费者对资源环境问题的情感态度、培养消费者对资源环境保护的责任意识将成为未来政策的重点。
Using the multiple stepwise regression method,this paper makes a study on the main factors influencing resource-saving consumer behavior (RSCB).This study shows that both demographic factor and psychological consciousness factor have significant effects on RSCB.Moreover,psychological consciousness factor has a bigger effect while demographic factor has only weak explanatory power.Furthermore,the above-mentioned conclusions still apply to the three dimensions (purchase behavior,use behavior and recycle behavior) of RSCB.The purchase behavior has a significant effect on after-purchase factors including use behavior and recycle behavior.It will be the key policies in future to popularize the knowledge of resource and environment among consumers,strengthen consumers' experience and attitude in resource-environment issues,cultivate consumers' consciousness of responsibility for resource-environment protection,etc.
