摘要
用差示扫描量热法(DSC法)研究了改性UPR树脂的动态固化过程,结合Kissinger法、Ozawa法和Crane方程分析其固化反应,得到固化反应的表观活化能、指前因子、反应级数等动力学参数,并用T-β外推法确定了凝胶温度、固化温度和后固化温度等固化工艺温度.
Researches on the curing kinetics of unsaturated polyester resin have been carried out with non-isothermal DSC.Based on the DSC curves,apparent activation energy,pre-exponential factor and reaction order have been calculated applying Kissinger method,Ozawa method,ASTM E698-79 method and Crane equation.Gelling temperature,curing temperature and treating temperature have been acquired by extrapolating T-β.
