摘要
2008修订版共同结构规范对船体梁极限强度计算时各种失效模式下的载荷端缩曲线进行了修改,并对单元划分原则及一些特殊部位处理进行了补充规定.新规范必将对同种模型下求得的船体梁极限承载能力产生影响.通过对比2008修订版与2006版共同结构规范,总结了新规范在极限强度部分的变化,并在新规范基础上用PCL语言在MSC.Patran平台上开发一套用于船体梁极限强度计算与评估的可视化计算软件.通过两个规范下的模型计算分析发现,新规范下结构极限强度偏小,且规范的修改对构件间屈服应力明显不同的结构将受到较大影响,对屈服应力几近一致的结构影响较小.对新规范的理解提供参考并提供一套实用、可以推广的船体极限强度计算软件.
The new version of 2008 Common Structural Rules(CSR) makes some changes in hull girder ultimate strength chapter,including amendment of load-end shortening curves under different collapse modes,complementarity of element defining principle and particular details treatment,which would have influence on the hull girder ultimate strength.The differences were summarized by comparing the new version rules of 2008 and the old edition rules of 2006.Based on the new version rules,a PCL-programed software used for hull girder ultimate strength calculation and assessment was developed on the MSC.Patran platform.The model analysis results under above two rules show that the ultimate strength under new version rules is smaller than the rules of 2006,and the influence is obviously on structures constituted by members with different yielding stresses,but scarcely on structures that constituted by members with almost the same yielding stresses.The results provide references for learning the new version Common Structural Rules,and the ultimate strength software is reliable and applicable.
