氮源对不同寄主来源的球孢白僵菌菌株液体培养特性的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Nitrogen Source in the Liquid Fermentation Culture on Characteristic of Beauveria bassiana Isolates from Different Hosts

摘要 对从小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)、斜纹夜蛾(Spodoptera litura)和马铃薯块茎蛾(Phthorimaea opercula)3种鳞翅目昆虫罹病虫体上分离纯化的球孢白僵菌DBM001,XWYE001和PTM001菌株在液体培养基(萨氏葡萄糖培养基)及其在不同氮源添加物培养基中菌丝产量、产孢量、孢子形成等特性进行了研究。结果表明:3菌株中,分离自斜纹夜蛾的XWYE001菌株培养物浓度及菌丝生长量略高于分离自小菜蛾和马铃薯块茎蛾的DBM001和PTM001菌株,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。而不同类型氮源物质对分生孢子的形成及菌丝生长影响显著(P<0.05),加入(NH4)2SO4后液生分生孢子产量较高,菌丝产量相对较低;加入NH4NO3或L-酪氨酸后菌丝产量较高,液生分生孢子产量相对较低。研究结果为球孢白僵菌高毒力菌株的筛选及液体培养提供理论依据。 Three isolates of Beauveria bassiana,DBM001,XWYE001 and PTM001 isolated from diamondback moth,Plutella xylostella,Spodoptera litura,Phthorimaea opercula of Lepidoptera pest insects,were used for mycelium yield,conidia yield and sporogenesis in the fermentation culture.The results showed that no significant difference was found for the mycelium production(P0.05),although the isolate XWYE001 from S.litura achieved the highest concentration and mycelium production.The conidia yield was significantly different among different nitrogen resource(P0.05),the submerged conidia had higher yield and the mycelium had relatively low yield after adding(NH4)2SO4,but had acontrary result when adding NH4NO3 or L-tyrosine.The results provided a theoretical basis for screening the high virulence isolate of B.bassiana and liquid culture.
