摘要
揉碎机是目前广泛使用的饲草料加工机械,它利用安装的高速旋转的转子及其他部件,共同对物料产生冲击和揉搓作用,但在工作过程中产生的噪声很高,对环境以及工作人员的身体健康产生很大影响。为此,通过实验研究,得到最主要的噪声源是由9排锤片引起的;另外,结合生产率和加工质量,得出转速为2700r/min时噪声较低。同时,通过揭示其噪声强弱与其主要结构之间的关系,为揉碎机结构的优化设计、噪声和振动控制提供可靠依据。
The rub and breaking machine is one of widely used machine in forage processing. It takes advantage of high speed rotor and other part to rub and lash forage. It generates high noise in the course of work,which is bad for enviroment and worker' health. The noise source is mainly caused by nine row of hammer. In addition,the noise is lower at speed of 2700r /min considering productivity and maching quality. This paper revealed the relationship between noise strength and main part by experiment,which provides reliabal reference for optimizing and controlling noise and vibration of rub and breaking machine.
