房地产宏观调控政策的时滞效应研究 被引量:2

摘要 房地产新政实施以来,特别是新“国十条”发布以来,我国过热的房地产市场出现了降温迹象,其主要表现是各地楼市普遍陷入观望,成交量锐减,部分城市楼市成交量甚至出现高达六成的降幅。然而,到目前为止,新政只是引起楼市成交量的萎缩,并未从实质上触动作为调控根本目标的高房价;而且,很多城市在成交量下跌的同时,房价仍在逆势上涨。
