摘要
针对高校工业工程专业在实验教学过程中,所培养出的学生实践动手能力、创新能力和知识运用能力是否满足用人单位以及学生自身需求的问题,将质量功能展开(QFD)理论与实验教学管理相结合,提出了工业工程专业实验教学质量功能展开模型(ETQFDM)。通过该模型的建立,明确了工业工程专业实验教学管理过程,分析出了工业工程专业实验教学与需求之间的各种关系,从而进一步提高工业工程专业实验教学的质量以满足需求。本研究以昆明理工大学为例,验证了模型的有效性和实用性。
Whether the students' ability of practical skill,ability of innovation,and ability of knowledge utilization fit for requirement for the employing units which cultivated at the experiment teaching of Industrial Engineering,the Quality Function Development(QFD) model for experiment teaching of Industrial Engineering is proposed combined with the management of experiment teaching to build up Experiment Teaching Quality Function Development Model(ETQFDM) for industrial engineering.It can help to analysts the process of experiment teaching management,and the relation between experiment teaching and various requirements.So the quality of experiment teaching can be improved in the structured operational requirements analysis procedure to meet the demand.Finally,an example from KUST is presented to validate the proposed model.
