摘要
人才资源是第一资源,人才问题是关系党和国家事业发展的关键问题,也是高职院校改革与发展的核心问题。文章阐述了高职院校实施人才强校战略的必要性,分析了离职院校实施人才强校战略中存在的问题,提出了高职院校实施人才强校战略的对策。
Talent pool refers to the first resource.Meanwhile,talent also is the key issue of the development of the Party and state＇s undertakings.The article expounds the necessity of the strategy of develoing schools through talents in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the problems in it and puts forward the related countermeasures.
