摘要
从土钉墙的结构特点、适用范围和施工的一般要求出发,对土钉墙支护技术在工程中的应用进行了详细介绍。以中国煤炭地质总局地质研制厂职工集资住宅改建1#、2#住宅楼和地下车库基坑支护工程为例,介绍了基坑支护方案的选择和土钉墙的设计、计算、施工和监测方法。经基坑支护设计软件计算,自然开挖时,该基坑的边坡整体稳定性安全系数为0.61~0.67,采用地钉墙加固后,边坡的整体稳定性安全系数为1.47~1.49,单根土钉的抗拔安全系数均大于1.5,说明土钉墙支护设计方案是合理的;基坑施工监测显示,基坑水平位移值及沉降值均小于3mm,符合规范要求。
Start from structural features,scope of application and construction general requirements of the soil nailing wall,introduced application of soil nailing wall support technology in projects in detail.To take the foundation pit support projects of staff and workers fund raising rebuilt Nos.1 and 2 residential buildings and underground garage of the Equipment Development Center,CNACG as examples,introduced foundation pit support scheme selection and soil nailing wall design,computation,and construction as well as monitoring methods.From foundation pit support design software computed results,in natural excavation,safety factors of slope stability in the large are 1.47~1.49,uplift safety factors of single soil nail are all higher than 1.5,thus demonstrated that the soil nailing wall support design scheme is reasonable.The foundation pit construction monitoring demonstrated that the foundation pit horizontal displacement values and settlement values are all less than 3mm,accord with code requirements.
