摘要
目前地质勘查工作由过去的国有地勘队伍独家经营,转变为多种所有制单位共同参与的格局,煤炭地勘单位生产经营方式发生了较大变化。借鉴国外先进管理体系,结合自身实际,提出了管理工作要实现标准化、规范化、程序化、责任化。就加强和改进生产管理工作,提出了要着重加强生产要素中的安全、质量、效率管理,并对这三个要素的辩证关系进行了讨论。
At present,the geological exploration is in a transform process from past state owned geological exploration team exclusive dealing into different ownership units＇ jointly participating pattern,thus great changes have taken place in production operations.Borrow ideas from abroad advanced management systems,combined with self practice,to realize handing operation standardization,normalization,routinization and responsibilization put forward.As for strengthen and improve production control,should emphasize strengthening safety,quality and efficiency management in production agents,and discussed dialectic relationship in the three agents.
