摘要
给出了中国空气动力研究与发展中心设计的适用于兆瓦级风力机叶片的大厚度、高雷诺数、高升阻比的CARDC-22翼型,并对该翼型进行了理论计算和风洞实验,获得了翼型在不同雷诺数下的气动性能及其在大攻角下的失速特性,实验结果和理论计算基本相吻合。研究结果表明:CARDC-22翼型在α=16°,最大升力系数Cymax=1.6066,尤其是,当攻角α=8°时,翼型的最大升阻比Kmax=134,说明气动中心设计的CARDC-22翼型,完全适合于兆瓦级风力机叶片所需的翼型,同时该翼型气动力特性完全能够与国外翼型相媲美。
The article introduces the type CARDC-22 airfoil with large thickness, high reynolds and high lift-drag ratio designed by China Aerodynamics Research and Development Center, which is suitable for the wind turbine blades in megawatt. Theoretical calculations and tunnel experiments are set to the airfoil. The aerodynamic of the airfoil at different Reynolds are obtained, along with its stalling characteristics in high angle of attack. The resuhs of the experiments and theoretical calculations are basically consistent with each other, which indicate that the maximum lift coefficient of CARDC-22 airfoil are Cymax =1.6066, when the angle of attack is 16° , and when the angle is 8° , the maximum lift-to-drag ratio of it is up to 134. These data above show that CARDC-22 airfoil designed by China Aerodynamics Research and Development Center, are suitable for the need of wind turbine blades in megawatt, and aerodynamic of it is competitive with same kind abroad.
