复发性生殖器疱疹患者血清细胞因子的表达及机体细胞免疫功能的研究

摘要 目的:检测复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)患者血清细胞因子(IL-2、IL-12、TNF-γ)水平和外周血T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)的分布,探讨生殖器疱疹(GH)患者反复发作的免疫学机制。方法:60例RGH患者和60例健康查体者为研究对象。采用流式细胞仪测定受试对象血清中IL-2、IL-12、TNF-γ水平和T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果:RGH组血清细胞因子(IL-2、IL-12、TNF-γ)水平均显著低于对照组,相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);RGH组患者外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+T细胞明显低于对照组,相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);而CD8+T细胞明显高于对照组,相比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:RGH患者血清中的细胞因子分泌出现异常,患者体内存在细胞免疫功能失调及免疫抑制现象。 Objective: Detecting the expression of cytokine and cellular immune analysis in peripheral blood of patients with recurrent genital herpes, discussing the immunological mechanism of repeated recurrence in genital herpes. Methods : 60 cases of patients with recurrent genital herpes and 60 cases of health examination persons were as research object. The serum IL-2, IL- 12, TNF- γ levels and T lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry. Results: The serum cytokines (IL- 2, IL- 12, TNF - γ) of the RGH group were significantly lower than the control group, compared with control group the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05) ; The peripheral blood CD3 + , CD4 + and CD4 + / CD8 + T cells of the RGH group were significantly lower than the control group, compared with control group the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.05), and the peripheral blood CD8 + T cells of the RGH group were significantly higher than the control group, compared with control group the difference was significant ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: The serum cytokine secretion of patients with RGH is abnormal. There are cellular immune dysfunction and immune suppression in the patients with RGH.
