铝合金激光填丝焊焊缝成分不均匀性研究

Research on the Inhomogeneity of the Component Distribution in Filler Rod Laser Weld of Al-base Alloy

摘要 为了研究铝合金激光填丝焊接头组织及焊缝成分分布情况,分别对ZLll4A铝合金及工业纯铝1A90进行了激光填丝焊接,并利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱等实验方法分析了焊接接头的组织特点,并讨论了成分分布规律。结果表明,铝合金激光填丝焊接接头成形良好,焊缝组织细小,热影响区窄,焊缝成分有明显不均匀性,在焊缝上部和底部靠近熔合区的位置熔质浓度较高,而焊缝中心位置熔质浓度低。 In order to study the microscope structure and the components distribution of the welding seams, laser welding was carried out on the ZL114A and 1A90 alloys with filler rod. The microstructure and the component of the welding seams were analyzed with optical microscope, SEM, and EDS. The results show that the laser seams with filler rod were in good sharp, the grains of the seam were fine, the heat-affected zone is narrower than traditional welding methods. The distribution of seam components is uneven under the affluence of the flow in the pool. The inhomogeneity of the upper seam is more obvious, both sides away from the center line there are two high concentration areas.
