摘要
取代苯氧乙酸经酰化、异流氰酸酯化、与取代-2-氨基嘧啶加成3步反应合成了10种未见文献报道的取代苯氧乙酰硫脲类嘧啶衍生物.结构经IR,HNMR和元素分析等测试方法而确证.用平皿法初步测定了目标化合物的生物活性,结果表明:4-硝基苯氧乙酰硫脲类嘧啶衍生物在低浓度时促进单子叶植物的生长,高浓度时抑制双子叶植物的生长.2,4-二氯苯氧乙酰硫脲类嘧啶衍生物,对单子叶和双子叶植物的生长均具有超高抑制活性.
Ten N ' - (substituted pyrimidin-2-yl )-N-substituted phenoxyacetylthioureas are synthesized from substituted phenoxyacetic acids in three steps. All ofthem are new compounds- Their structures are confirmed by lR, 'H NMR and ele-mentary analysis. The preliminary herbicidal test shows that some of the targetcompounds have excellent inhibitory activities against root and stalk of dicotyledonplant,but selective to monocotyledon plant-
