摘要
1989~2008年,采用人工小时、叮人率、户密度等方法对宁洱县境内按蚊种类、种群数量、媒介消长进行调查。结果共捕获按蚊2个亚属蚊种13种(包括亚种)15 969只,其中,中华按蚊7 518只,占47.07%;微小按蚊1 596只,占9.99%。微小按蚊在全县疟区均有分布,人房人工小时密度平均0.098只/人工小时、牛房3.37只/人工小时,平均室内叮人率0.26只/人夜、室外0.89只/人夜,平均户密度人房0.049只/人夜、牛房0.066只/人夜。宁洱县按蚊种类多样,中华按蚊为优势蚊种,微小按蚊分布广、密度高,年度密度变化不显著,提示宁洱县控制疟疾流行过程中须注重对按蚊的防控。
Man-hours, bite rate, and household density were used to study the distribution, species, and changes in the population of the main malaria vector, Anopheles minimus, during different seasons from 1989 to 2008 in Ning'er County. As a result, a total of 15 969 Anopheles mosquitos were collected; these mosquitos belong to 13 species and 2 sub-genera. Of these mosquitos, 7 518 were A. sinensis, accounting for 47. 07% of the mosquitos collected, and 1 596 were A. minimus, accounting for 9.99% of the mosquitos collected. A. minimus density was 0. 098 mosquitos collected per hour in living quarters and 3.37 mosquitos collected per hour in cowsheds. The indoor bite rate was 0.26 bites per person per night and the outdoor bite rate was 0.89 bites per person per night. The average household density of mosquitos in living quarters was 0. 049 mosquitos per person per night and the density of mosquitos in cowsheds was 0. 066 mosquitos per person per night. Anopheles species in Ning'er County are diverse. The dominant mosquito species is A. sinensis, but A. minimus is widely distributed in and densely populates Ning'er County. There were no marked changes in density between seasons. This suggests that attention should be directed to control of A. minirnus in order to control malaria in Ning'er County.
