摘要
将步进电机与AT89C51单片机紧密结合起来,运用正弦细分驱动技术,通过编程的方法,对步进电机的正转、反转以及速度快慢等进行控制,使其在一定范围内运行,可以方便灵活地控制步进电机的运行状态,以实现传统的步进电机控制的高度自动化。软件程序首先经Proteus ISIS软件进行程序代码的仿真和功能的理论验证,然后通过硬件调试验证程序代码的实际功能,完成了对控制器的设计。实践表明该系统能可靠运行。
The paper integrated stepper motor with AT89C51 monolithic circuit closely,through the programming method of the stepper motor by sine-subdivide drive,such as reverse and speed control,causes it to move under certain scope,also facilitate controls nimbly stepper motor's running status,realizes the tradition to stepper motor to automate highly.The software design process through software Proteus ISIS code simulation and functional verification of the theory,and finally through the hardware debugging code to verify the actual function,completion of the controller design.The system can run reliably in practice.
