摘要
高校图书馆作为社会组织的重要细胞,必须学会应对危机和进行危机管理,参考咨询服务危机是高校图书馆各种危机,如服务危机、财政危机、资源危机、管理危机、人才危机等诸多危机的集合表现。其危机管理问题应引起图书馆界的高度重视。
As an important cell of social organization,university libraries should learn to cope with crises and exercise the crisis management.Reference Services Crisis is a synthetic performance of a variety of academic library crises,such as： service crisis,financial crisis,resource crisis,crisis in management,crisis in human resources and so on.It should be attached a great importance to the problem of crisis management by the library circles.
