摘要
以N-单马来酸十八烷基酰胺(NSA-18)和甲基丙烯酸十八烷基酯(MAO)为亲油单体、丙烯酸(AA)为亲水单体、过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用活泼单体滴加法制备了两亲结构共聚物(PNMA)复鞣加脂剂。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和示差扫描量热分析(DSC)对PNMA的结构进行了表征。通过单因素实验考察了影响PNMA制备的各项因素。实验结果表明,当n(NSA-18)∶n(MAO)=3∶2、n(亲油单体)∶n(亲水单体)=1∶3.5、w(APS)=4.5%(基于单体总质量)、反应温度为88℃、活泼单体滴加时间为2 h时,合成的PNMA复鞣加脂剂具有较好的填充性能和一定的柔软、防水性能,质量分数为1%的水乳液的透光率为42.7%(400 nm,25℃),复鞣加脂后革样增厚率为29.6%,静态吸水率为43.6%。
Retanning fatliquor agent amphiphilic copolymer(PNMA) was synthesized from hydrophobic monomer N-octadecyl maleic amide(NSA-18) and octadecyl methacrylate(MAO),hydrophilic monomer acrylic acid(AA),with ammonium persulfate(APS) as initiator by the free radical water emulsion copolymerization during the time when the active monomer was added dropwisely.The structure of PNMA was characterized by means of FTIR and DSC.Effects of reaction conditions on the properties of PNMA were investigated by single factor experiments under optimal conditions:molar ratio of NSA-18 to MAO 3∶2,molar ratio of hydrophobic monomer to hydrophilic monomers 1∶3.5,mass fraction of ammonium persulfate 4.5%(base on total mass of monomer),reaction temperature 88 ℃,dropping time of active monomer 2 h,the retanning fatliquor agent showed a good thickening rate,softness and waterproofness.The light transmittance of 1%(mass fraction) PNMA aqueous emulsion obtained was 42.7%;the thickening rate was 29.6%,and the static water Absorption was appropriately 43.6%.
