摘要
教学督导是高校内部教学质量监控的重要手段,范围包括督教、督学和督管,其功能是监督、检查、评估和参谋。教学督导组织要独立于教学决策和教学实施部门,直接由学校的行政部门组建和主管。
Teaching supervision is an important method of interior teaching quality control in the university. The system of supervision includes teaching supervision, learning supervision and management supervision, and it functions as supervision, inspection, estimate and advice giving. The Teaching Supervision Organization should be independent of the departments of teaching decision-making and teaching implementation, and be set up directly by the university＇s administration department.
